Returns and Refunds

All purchases made onwww.peninsulaswimwear.comcan be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Ihe right of withdrawal may be exercised with reference to certain products and services specified in Art. 55, Legislative Decree. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

Condition of return  

  • Items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or processed in any way. 
  • Items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all intact tags still attached and inside their original box (if provided). They must also be properly wrapped and packaged. 
  • All other article labels, whether fabric or hanging, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the article.
  • The return of the product will have toà be made within 48 hours after receipt of the return authorization received via email from our Customer Service Department (willà be the date indicated on the postmark or courier transport document). The return will beà handled within 3-4 business days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.

Upon failure to meet any of the above conditions, Peninsula reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the Customer's expense.

We will check the quality of the product and issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy.

How to make a return request 

Email your return request to shop@peninsulaswimwear.com specifying the order numbere and indicating the product code (with size and color) you wish to return.

You will receive a Return Authorization email with instructions from our customer service department. 

The items you intend to return remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so be sure to always request a shipping receipt for your returns in case we need to see it later.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

 

For extra EU returns

  • You will need to mark all returns as "Returned Goods - Failed Sale". This must be clearly marked on the Customs Information Document you will be required to submit (CN22 and/or CN23) and on the outside of the package. Failure to do so may result in the return not being received and returned to sender or the payment of customs duties on your behalf, which will be deducted from the returned funds.
  • When shipping, do not attach the invoice shipped with the original order to the return, but state the value of the individual returned goods. 

Refunds

Upon receipt of the items for which a reso, we will verify that the product meets the above specifications. We will then pay out within 15 days after delivery of the same the amount paid for the purchase, making the refund by the same means of payment chosen by the purchaser at the time of purchase.

You will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs you have incurred when you placed your order, the cost of return shipping, and any customs and VAT charges.

Changes

The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item, of equal or greater amount must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the website www.peninsulaswimwear.com
